Re-Membering Ourselves

On the 19th February 2023, the Centre for Black Thought and African Studies celebrates its 1st birthday. In celebrating this moment we invite the public to contribute to our digital book project titled RE-MEMBERING OURSELVES.

In this first edition of our digital book we are looking at re-membering the fragmented memories of Black ministers that have touched our lives in moving ways. Please use this form to submit one (1) historical photo of a Black Methodist minister that dates from 1989 and earlier and share a short narrative/caption about the photo (100 words max). That's it! There is NO COST to make a submission.

The closing date for submissions is the 1st December 2022.
